As Senior Case Manager Allyson oversees client services, supports program development, and connects individuals and families with resources that promote long-term stability. With degrees from multiple universities and training in trauma-informed social work, CBT, DBT, cultural reflexivity, and complex systems, Allyson brings an interdisciplinary perspective to solutions for vulnerable communities.

A part-time Harbor Country resident since 2009 and full-time Michigander since 2026, Sandra joined Neighbor by Neighbor for her "encore" career after a global career in graphic design, trend forecasting, and product development. She supports the organization in a variety of roles bringing creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong passion for learning to everything she does.

Before moving to southwest Michigan, Linnea Berg built a distinguished career in nonprofit management in Chicago and Detroit and has been instrumental in Neighbor by Neighbor's growth since helping launch the organization. After serving in leadership, grant writing, fundraising, and client services—and briefly attempting retirement twice—she returned in 2026 as a part-time operations assistant, bringing decades of experience and a willingness to step in wherever she's needed.

Trina Linn is a dedicated accounting and finance professional who brings more than 25 years of experience, along with a genuine passion for supporting organizations that make a difference. Throughout her career as a Controller and accounting leader, she has helped organizations strengthen their financial practices through careful planning, responsible stewardship, and thoughtful decision-making. She believes strong financial foundations allow organizations to focus more fully on the people they serve.

A Chicago native, Nora earned a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona, where her studies of human and animal behavior shaped her passion for understanding relationships, compassion, and community. For the past 15 years, she has dedicated her career to serving children and adults, bringing kindness, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others build healthier, more hopeful lives.
